Gilbert Mitchell (U.S. Army Band), Dr. Dennis Edelbrock (George Mason University), and Chris Gekker (University of Maryland). He performs regularly with the Tom Cunningham Orchestra, the Washington Metropolitan Philharmonic, Blue Sky 5, and the Craig Gildner Big Band.
Brett's teaching philosophy is that anyone who shows interest, and is willing to work at it, can learn any skill. Brett has demonstrated this in his own life through his interests in Music, Chess, Fitness, Tango (both the dance and the music), Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and many other subjects. In lessons, Brett keeps the mood light and fun, while maintaining a high standard of performance.
